Registrations deadlines<\/strong><\/p>\n

Competition classes<\/strong> \u2013 Until 20 of March 2022 at 23h59<\/p>\n

Training classes, Open and Ori Family<\/strong>\u00a0\u2013 Until 22 of March 2022 at 23h59.<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

Deadline for registration in the Training, Open and Ori-Family classes<\/p>\n

After this date, the registration Training, Open and Ori-Family classes are subject to the availability<\/p>\n

of maps, so it is advisable to do it preferably until 22 March.<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

The participants registered in the Training and Open classes after 22 and until the the 26 may not be included in the start list that will be published on the competition\u2019s website after Wednesday, 23.<\/p>\n

How to register<\/strong><\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

All athletes must register their entries using the platform\u00a0OriOasis<\/a> or trough mail info@coc.pt<\/a> (for athletes non federated in FPO).<\/p>\n

Information needed for an entry<\/strong><\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

\u2013 Full name of the participants
\n\u2013 Birth year
\n\u2013 Club name
\n\u2013 Country
\n\u2013\u00a0SportIdent Card number (if the participant already has one, otherwise one will have to be rented*)
\n\u2013 Entry class for each participant\u2013 Entries for Open classes can be done until the day of the event, although conditioned to the availability of maps.<\/p>\n

– Telephone number<\/p>\n

*SI-Card Rental: 1,5\u20ac for competition and formation classes. Losing or not returning a rented SI Card implies payment from 30\u20ac to 60\u20ac depending of the model.<\/p>\n

Note:<\/strong>In open classes participants can do the events in groups or alone. However, even in groups each person pays their entry, once has their own map and classification.<\/p>\n

Competition | Training | Open (< = 20) \u2013 3,00\u20ac<\/p>\n

Schools \u2013 1,50\u20ac<\/p>\n

Event Ori Family\u2013 4,00\u20ac (per family untill 3 persons) + 1,50\u20ac for each extra member.<\/p>\n

SI Card Rental<\/strong><\/p>\n

Classes of Competition, Training and Opens – 1,50\u20ac<\/p>\n

Event Ori Family \u2013 1,00\u20ac<\/p>\n

If you want to use a SIAC, (proximity dialing system), the rental will be 3\u20ac for all classes.<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

How to pay:<\/strong><\/p>\n

The entries feed has to be done by 2:59pm on Thursday, the 24th of March.<\/strong><\/p>\n

The athletes must send their proof of payment by e-mail to the organization (<\/strong>info@coc.pt<\/strong><\/a>).<\/strong><\/p>\n

The payment of the entries can done by bank transfer, credit card, reference MB, paypal ot MB WAY, selecting one of those options in the OriOasis<\/a> platform during the registration process.<\/p>\n

Payment in the day of the event at the Secretariat must be avoided.<\/p>\n

If you have made an Express Entry in\u00a0OriOasis<\/a>,\u00a0please include the Express Code on bank transfer description.<\/strong><\/p>\n

For\u00a0full club payment<\/strong>, please indicate the club name on bank transfer description.
\nFor\u00a0partial club payments<\/strong>, please include the club name and athlete list in the confirmation comment, or send us an email\u00a0(info@coc.pt<\/a>) listing all athletes included in the payment and the confirmation as attachment.<\/p>\n
