How to register<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

All runners must register their entries using the platform\u00a0OriOasis<\/a>. The registration in the Model Event must also be made in the same platform using one extra available field.<\/span><\/p>\n

The FEDO federates must also register throught the\u00a0private area of OriOasis<\/strong>\u00a0using the login credentials of the FEDO entry system and \u00a0loging-in\u00a0here<\/a>.<\/span><\/p>\n

Elite Classes<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

During entry process, Elite runners must\u00a0provide their IOF World Ranking ID. All the athletes in those classes also must\u00a0register in\u00a0IOF Eventor<\/a>.<\/span><\/p>\n

The Male Elite class may be splitted in two. The bests according to World Ranking IOF (at 2018 January 31) will run in M21SuperElite and the remaining in M21Elite.<\/span><\/p>\n

\u00a0Information needed for an entry<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

\u2013 Full name of the participants<\/span>
\n\u2013 Birth year<\/span>
\n\u2013 Club name<\/span>
\n\u2013 Country<\/span>
\n\u2013 IOF World Ranking ID, for elite class runners<\/span>
\n\u2013\u00a0SportIdent Card number (if the participant already has one, otherwise one will have to be rented*)<\/span>
\n\u2013 Entry class for each participant<\/span>
\n\u2013 Define the events to participate for each participant (in case of participation only in some day(s)\/event(s) please mention which one(s)<\/span>
\n\u2013 Entries for Open classes can be done until the day of the event, although conditioned to the availability of maps.<\/span>
\n*SI-Card Rental: 1,00\u20ac\/race (for competition and formation classes, free for open classes). Losing or not returning a rented SI Card implies payment of 50\u20ac.<\/span><\/p>\n

Note:<\/strong>\u00a0In open classes participants can do the events in groups or alone. However, even in groups each person pays their entry, once has their own map and classification.<\/span><\/p>\n

Sport Insurance<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

\u2013 Athletes affiliated in POF are covered by POF insurance<\/span><\/p>\n

\u2013 National and Portuguese resident non-affiliated athletes are covered by POF insurance<\/span><\/p>\n

\u2013 Foreign and\/or non-resident athletes are not covered by any insurance. They should provide for their own security and insurance<\/span><\/p>\n

How to pay<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

POM 2016 entries fees can be paid by Secure Online Payment (POS), Bank Transfer or directly at the Event Center in cash (cash payment only for clubs\/athlets affiliated at the Portuguese Orienteering Federation).<\/span><\/p>\n

Entries of clubs\/athlets not affiliated at the Portuguese Orienteering Federation will be considered valid only after full payment.<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

In order to simplify the accreditation process, organization prefers payments made \u200b\u200bby Secure Online Payment <\/strong>since payment processing is automatic.<\/span><\/p>\n
