{"id":17,"date":"2016-09-02T15:32:21","date_gmt":"2016-09-02T15:32:21","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/eventos.coc.pt\/piom2018\/?page_id=17"},"modified":"2020-10-06T14:14:17","modified_gmt":"2020-10-06T14:14:17","slug":"inscricoes","status":"publish","type":"page","link":"http:\/\/eventos.coc.pt\/piom2021\/en\/inscricoes\/","title":{"rendered":"Entries"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><span style=\"font-size: 14pt;\"><strong>REGISTRATION<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Registrations must be made until February 8th (inclusive) at normal price, or until February 15th (inclusive) with price increase.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">After February 15th, only registrations will be accepted for open classes, depending on the availability of maps, so we recommend that open classes also register until February 15th.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">After February 15th, registration for competition classes will not be accepted.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Registration for the Model Event must also be done using the same platform, with the cost of each map being 4 \u20ac.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">When registering the entries, if you need sleeping space in the pavilion or baby-sitting service, you must register for it on the registration platform (OriOasis)<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Note:<\/strong> The registration for Model Events (STAGE 4 &#8211; Sprint in Penamacor \/\/\/ STAGE 5 Sprint in Meimoa \/\/\/ STAGE 6 Average in Anascer \/\/\/ STAGE 7 Medium &amp; Long in Rach\u00e3-Dongalinho \/\/\/ STAGE 8 Serrinha &amp; Aldeia do Bispo), must also be made on the same platform using one extra available field.<\/p>\n<p>The Model Event will be, as usual, a map with several points for execution in free order.<\/p>\n<p>In case of doubts or problems with entries, please contact us by the following e-mail<span style=\"color: #3366ff;\"> <a style=\"color: #3366ff;\" href=\"mailto:info@coc.pt\">info@coc.pt<\/a><\/span><\/p>\n<p><strong>Elite classes<\/strong>:<\/p>\n<p>During the entry process, Elite runners need to provide their IOF World Ranking ID.<\/p>\n<p>All the athletes in those classes need to be registered also in IOF Eventor.<\/p>\n<p>The Male Elite class can be split in two according to World Raking and rules to be published in the meantime.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Information needed for an entry at OriOasis or by e-mail<\/strong><strong>:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"list-style-type: none;\">\n<ul>\n<li style=\"list-style-type: none;\">\n<ul>\n<li>Name (s) of the participant (s);<\/li>\n<li>Date (s) of birth;<\/li>\n<li>Club name;<\/li>\n<li>IOF World Ranking ID, for elite class runners;<\/li>\n<li>Number of affiliated to FPO or FEDO (if not affiliated to FPO or FEDO, the number of Identity Card or DNI);<\/li>\n<li>SI Card number, if you have one. In the absence of this, one will be rented.<\/li>\n<li>The rental of an SIcard costs \u20ac 1.00 per day in the Competition and Training classes, being free for Open classes.<\/li>\n<li>The loss or non-return of the rented SI Card implies the payment of \u20ac 50.<\/li>\n<li>Entry class for each participant;<\/li>\n<li>Stage to participate (in the event if not participating in all stages, mention which one or which ones)<\/li>\n<li>Registration for open classes must be made until 16 September. FEDO Affiliated runners<\/strong><\/td>\n<td width=\"200\"><strong>NON POF &amp; FEDO Affiliated runners<\/strong><\/td>\n<\/tr>\n<tr>\n<td width=\"192\">Up to 20 years<\/td>\n<td width=\"192\">2,5 \u20ac<\/td>\n<td width=\"200\">4 \u20ac<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n<tr>\n<td width=\"192\">Older than 20 years<\/td>\n<td width=\"192\">5 \u20ac<\/td>\n<td width=\"200\">5 \u20ac<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n<\/tbody>\n<\/table>\n<p>* These rates already include sports insurance, for residents in Portugal<\/p>\n<p>** Exemption from payment of Sport Ident and insurance fee, as long as they are framed by the teachers, and it is mandatory to present proof of school insurance, issued by the educational establishment.<\/p>\n<p>*** These rates already include sports insurance for residents in Portugal, as well as the rental of Sport Ident.<\/p>\n<p><strong>OTHER TAXES:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>1) SPORTident rental<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 40px;\">SI Card rental 1 \u20ac per day (competition and training levels)<\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 40px;\">Exemption from SI Card rental fee in open classes.<\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 40px;\">Security deposit when renting a SI Card 50 \u20ac.<\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 40px;\">At the end of the race, the athletes must go to the Secretariat, where against delivery of the Sport Ident they will redeem the deposit.<\/p>\n<p><strong>2) Last minute changes and cancellation of registrations:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 40px;\">Changes made after 15 February (class changes, SI Card exchange, and so on.) are subject to the payment of an additional fee of \u20ac 2.00;<\/p>\n<p><strong>3) Sports Insurance<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 40px;\">Federated athletes are covered by FPO insurance;<\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 40px;\">Non POF affiliated athletes, nationals and residents in Portugal, are covered by POF insurance;<\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 40px;\">Foreign athletes, not resident in Portugal, are not covered by any insurance. So they must fully assume their own safety and risk of inherent accidents.<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 14pt;\"><strong>REGISTRATION PROCESS<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p><strong>Registration Form:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>&#8211; The registration of athletes federated or belonging to clubs affiliated to POF and FEDO must be made directly by OriOASIS (<span style=\"color: #3366ff;\"><a style=\"color: #3366ff;\" href=\"http:\/\/www.orioasis.pt\/oasis\/entries.php?action=club_class&amp;eventid=2181\">www.orioasis.pt<\/a><\/span>).<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; The registration of the remaining athletes must also be made on that platform. However, in case of impossibility \/ difficulty, you can request the registration to the email <a href=\"mailto:info@coc.pt\"><span style=\"color: #3366ff;\"><strong>info@coc.pt<\/strong><\/span><\/a><\/p>\n<p><strong>Data required to register by e-mail:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"list-style-type: none;\">\n<ul>\n<li style=\"list-style-type: none;\">\n<ul>\n<li>Name (s) of the participant (s);<\/li>\n<li>Date (s) of birth;<\/li>\n<li>Club name;<\/li>\n<li>POF affiliate number (if you are not affiliated with the POF, you must indicate your citizen card number or ID card);<\/li>\n<li>SI card number, if you have one.
