The Clube de Orientação do Centro, in partnership with the City Council of Penamacor, invites you to participate in its first winter training camp, to be held from 27 to 29 December 2017 in Terras do Lince. The COC WINTER O`CAMP will take place on maps identified by the best in the world, for their quality.

This initiative will allow the technical and physical development in the modality of orientation, from the initiation to the improvement.

In order to carry out the exercises of varied navigation techniques, maps with diversified characteristics will be used, from open terrain of easy progression, with predominant grove of cork trees, small forests of oaks, some eucalyptus zones and rocky details until terrain with a lot of unevenness, Of rocky elements and large massive granitic rocks.

In addition to the two to three daily sessions of training, theoretical sessions of analysis of the exercises developed will be dynamized.
