REGISTRATION

Registrations must be made until February 8th (inclusive) at normal price, or until February 15th (inclusive) with price increase.

After February 15th, only registrations will be accepted for open classes, depending on the availability of maps, so we recommend that open classes also register until February 15th.

After February 15th, registration for competition classes will not be accepted.

Registration for the Model Event must also be done using the same platform, with the cost of each map being 4 €.

When registering the entries, if you need sleeping space in the pavilion or baby-sitting service, you must register for it on the registration platform (OriOasis)

Note: The registration for Model Events (STAGE 4 – Sprint in Penamacor /// STAGE 5 Sprint in Meimoa /// STAGE 6 Average in Anascer /// STAGE 7 Medium & Long in Rachã-Dongalinho /// STAGE 8 Serrinha & Aldeia do Bispo), must also be made on the same platform using one extra available field.

The Model Event will be, as usual, a map with several points for execution in free order.

Elite classes:

During the entry process, Elite runners need to provide their IOF World Ranking ID.

All the athletes in those classes need to be registered also in IOF Eventor.

The Male Elite class can be split in two according to World Raking and rules to be published in the meantime.

Information needed for an entry at OriOasis or by e-mail:

- - Name (s) of the participant (s);
  - Date (s) of birth;
  - Club name;
  - IOF World Ranking ID, for elite class runners;
  - Number of affiliated to FPO or FEDO (if not affiliated to FPO or FEDO, the number of Identity Card or DNI);
  - SI Card number, if you have one. In the absence of this, one will be rented.
  - The rental of an SIcard costs € 1.00 per day in the Competition and Training classes, being free for Open classes.
  - The loss or non-return of the rented SI Card implies the payment of € 50.
  - Entry class for each participant;
  - Stage to participate (in the event if not participating in all stages, mention which one or which ones)
  - Registration for open classes must be made until 16 September. However and always depending on the availability of maps, they can be done until the day of the race.

Note: Athletes who intend to participate in a group (open classes), must make only a single registration mentioning the mandatory data of all participants that constitute it.

* These rates already include sports insurance, for residents in Portugal

** Exemption from payment of Sport Ident and insurance fee, as long as they are framed by the teachers, and it is mandatory to present proof of school insurance, issued by the educational establishment.

OTHER TAXES:

1) SPORTident rental

SI Card rental 1 € per day (competition and training levels)

Exemption from SI Card rental fee in open classes.

Security deposit when renting a SI Card 50 €.

At the end of the race, the athletes must go to the Secretariat, where against delivery of the Sport Ident they will redeem the deposit.

2) Last minute changes and cancellation of registrations:

Changes made after 15 February (class changes, SI Card exchange, and so on.) are subject to the payment of an additional fee of € 2.00;

3) Sports Insurance

Federated athletes are covered by FPO insurance;

Non POF affiliated athletes, nationals and residents in Portugal, are covered by POF insurance;

Foreign athletes, not resident in Portugal, are not covered by any insurance. So they must fully assume their own safety and risk of inherent accidents.

REGISTRATION PROCESS

Registration Form:

– The registration of athletes federated or belonging to clubs affiliated to POF and FEDO must be made directly by OriOASIS (www.orioasis.pt).

– The registration of the remaining athletes must also be made on that platform. However, in case of impossibility / difficulty, you can request the registration to the email info@coc.pt

Data required to register by e-mail:

- - Name (s) of the participant (s);
  - Date (s) of birth;
  - Club name;
  - POF affiliate number (if you are not affiliated with the POF, you must indicate your citizen card number or ID card);
  - SI card number, if you have one. If not, one will be rented (the loss or non-return of the rented SI Card implies the payment of € 50);
  - Mobile phone or e-mail number;
  - Class of participation;
  - Elite classes:
    - - During the entry process, Elite runners need to provide their IOF World Ranking ID.
        
        All the athletes in those classes need to be registered also in IOF Eventor.
        
        Athletes wishing to participate in a group must make only a single registration, mentioning the mandatory data of all participants that make up the group.

How to pay

Registration payments can be made by Credit Card or Paypal (Secure Online Payment – POS, through OriOasis), ATM (MB) or bank transfer.

Club / athlete registrations will only be considered valid after payment.

In order to facilitate the accreditation process, the Organization prefers that payments are made by secure online payment or MB since payment processing is automatic

2) Payment by ATM (MB)

After registering the registration with OriOasis, you must select MB as the payment method and the reference and MB entity will be generated to proceed with the payment.

3) Payment by bank transfer

For OriOasis Express Registrations, please put the Express Code in the payment description.

For full club payments, always indicate the club name in the description.

For partial payments of clubs, indicate in the comments the club and the list of athletes to which the payment refers, or send an email (info@coc.pt) to the organization with the list of athletes and proof of transfer.

Notes: For all registrations paid by bank transfer, it is necessary to send proof of operation to the email: (info@coc.pt).

All charges related to bank transfers must be support by the originator. If any expenses related to bank transfers are improperly charged to the Organization, they will be paid later by clubs or athletes.
